They say time is the most valuable thing we all have. So if it is so valuable, why do treat it invaluable. At AME Movers we know no one likes to wait, especially when you are paying for the inconvenience. We value your time just like we value our own. That is why we offer our On Time Assurance. We will give you no more than a 2 hour window of when we will arrive. If we are late to the job, we will begin to discount your move the minute we are late. What happens if ame movers are running late?
We try and make sure that we have a schedule that fits everyone’s needs. In doing so there are times that one move goes over into another move. If that happens we give an extra prorated 5% off of your move for every hour we are late. For example if we are late 2 hours you will get (5% X 2 hours = 10%) 10% off your final bill. The maximum discount under this plan is $100.
What happens if I, as the customer, am running late?
At AME Movers we understand that life happens and sometimes you are running behind. If you call us to let us know before we are heading your direction that you are running late there will be no charge. However, if we have already started you direction then we will start the clock upon arrival. If you need to reschedule, while we are on our way, then you will be charge the drive time back to the yard on your final bill.
